Character Designs

These illustrations were part of an unused concept for an internal HR department, seeking an identifiable ‘look’ of their own. If selected, a more comprehensive set of characters from across the business would have been developed, such as office workers, vessel crew, pilots, etc.

The intention was to keep the characters largely symmetrical (with some asymmetric elements for interest) and make the characters up out using colourful, geometric forms.
