For this section, we are going over a playlist of videos made by the Cavalry team, called One Minute Wonders. This series demonstrates how quickly you can assemble impressive animations in this software.
This time we will play with the Forge Dynamics feature, which I have been looking forward to trying.
Insert three Ellipse shapes, Opt/Alt+Click on the tool three times to do so. Move them apart from each other on the scene. Give each shape a colour.

Three ellipses.
Select all three Ellipse shapes, go up to the Shelf and click the Forge Dynamics button. Press Play and you will see the shapes fall to the bottom of the scene, physically interacting with each other on the way.
Initial Forge Dynamics animation.
For this particular animation we don’t want Gravity, so go Forge Dynamics > Shape > Gravity and set both values to 0.
Next, go Forge Dynamics > Shape > Fields > + > Direction Field.
Edit the Direction Field’s attributes. Right-click on Direction > Add Behaviour > Noise. This will randomise the property.
Now go Noise [Direction] > Stagger and set this to 0. Pressing Play will show the Ellipses all moving around the composition randomly, but each doing their own thing!
Each object is influenced individually by default.
We want the shapes to be affected by the same pattern of Noise, and so go Noise [Direction] > Behaviour > Use Position Context [uncheck].
The shapes now move together.
